Distillery Integration

Brewing and distilling share a foundation in fermentation, so adding a still lets you transform your existing wort into spirits and ready‑to‑drink (RTD) products. To qualify you must hold a manufacturer licence and have distilled at least 70 % of the alcohol in your beverage using your own still. Pre‑mixed RTDs made from another supplier’s spirit do not qualify, so integrating distillation on‑site is the key to tapping into this excise‑remission opportunity.
