A truly unique brewery is taking shape in Toowoomba! The concept is unique and offers high quality meats and organic produce (The Paddock), a drive through coffee shop (The Shack), utilising click and collect for the produce and a 250 seat restaurant and smoke house with a microbrewery in the area known as The Plate.

  • 5hl two-vessel brewhouse run on electrical heating elements

  • 5 x 10hl fermenters

Taproom:

  • Eight Tap Beer dispensers

  • Interior fit-out for up to 250 patrons
