Lost Watering Hole - Lancefield, VIC

An idea to build a brewery in Lancefield was five years in the making. The brewery and 100 seat restaurant is now in the build stage. The name was derived from one of the largest megafaunas in Australia.

The brewery is a 10 hectolitre, two vesssel, steam operated brewhouse. Twelve fermenters complete the build and the addition of a canning line in full view to customers, will enhance the experience. Patrons will be be seated amongst the fermenters for beer tastings and food pairing events.

Taproom:

  • Four Micromatic Beer dispensers

  • Refrigerated Toyota Van with four external taps and internal chiller

  • Refrigerated mobile cool room with four external taps + utility

  • Interior fit-out for up to 100 patrons
